    Rest in God’s Faithfulness

    Throw yourself upon God’s faithfulness as you do upon your bed, bringing all your weariness to His dear rest. Charles Spurgeon There’s just something lovely about going to bed. Sure, it might take some persuasion to get me to put down my book and actually fall asleep, but once I’m under the blankets and the lights are out, I’m happy.  For a little bit, I don’t have to worry about work or school or writing.     Know Your Foundation

    If there’s one major thing I’ve learned from my criminal justice class, it’s the importance of having a foundation. Both the course and assignments made me think about things I hadn’t considered before and helped me to see them through a biblical worldview.  Now, if you’ve ever written a paper, for college or otherwise, you know that you can’t just say something is true without proving it. You have to have evidence to support your views.
